Alma Gonzalez has over 28 years of CA, multi-state and international, (including Canada and Mexico), experience in HR, safety, and organizational structure. Her industry expertise includes manufacturing (plastics, glass, aftermarket, food & beverage), staffing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, third-party logistics, and business administration.

Alma is Bi-lingual (Spanish) and obtained a Business Administration in Human Resources Certificate. She has a passion for employee relations, training and development, and business state / federal compliance and is an expert at staffing, training and development, payroll administration, safety and workers’ compensation, updating policies and procedures and much more.
