Juni Jasper possesses more than 20 years of experience as a certified Professional in Human Resources. Prior to joining CA HR Services, Juni served in the healthcare industry as Director of Human Resources and Manager of Risk/Patient Relations in the acute-care setting. She has also worked in the for-profit and non-profit sectors and have experience in construction, food and beverage, manufacturing, transportation, engineering and PEO (professional employment organization) industries.

Juni obtained the PHRca certification by demonstrating mastery of employment law, regulations and human resource management practices unique to the state of California.

Juni’s other areas of strength include Compliance and Wage & Hour, Employee Relations / Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement – Gallup Engagement Champion, Qualified Trainer: AB1835 & Respectful Workplace Training, Employee Rights Educator – (NLRA).
