Rachael Budrik – Senior HR Consultant

Rachael Budrik is a passionate, result-oriented Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience working for both private and public companies. Most recently prior to joining CA HR Services, Rachael served as a senior business partner for a professional employment organization (PEO) providing strategic and hands-on support for a variety of businesses. Rachael has experience serving organizations in biotech, health and wellness, medical, law, education, construction, retail, manufacturing, transportation, and engineering sectors to name a few. Rachael has a versatile spectrum of HR expertise including talent acquisition, coaching, training, payroll, employee relations, change management, customer service, policy development, legal compliance, data analysis, safety and workers’ compensation, and so much more.

As a Consultant, Rachael is a fluid multitasker that can effortlessly step into any given role, ranging from solo HR departments to assisting in-house teams with ad hoc HR projects. Rachael is a dynamic consultant, effortlessly stepping into any role, ranging from small businesses to large organizations with an international presence.

As a Human Resources professional, Rachael is on a mission to make an impact by leveraging collaborative environments with leadership to promote an engaging atmosphere, and in return, enabling a positive experience for both employees and business operations. Rachael has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds certificates in Adult Education and Design; in Payroll Law, Human Resources Law, and Six-Sigma Green Belt.
