Suzanne Gonsalves – Senior HR Consultant

Suzanne Gonsalves brings over thirty years of HR leadership experience with small and large organizations pre and post merger/acquisition in various industries. Suzanne has partnered with business leaders to build and sustain cultures of accountability and create organizations that attract and develop strong talent and empower high-performing teams. She plays a significant role in the integration of systems, processes, cultures and human capital within various business life cycles and stages. Prior to joining our team, Suzanne was consulting for small to mid-sized growth companies including several start-ups in mortgage banking, fintech, biotech and environmentally friendly electronic waste after years of corporate executive HR Leadership roles. Suzanne is a Certified Senior HR Professional, Certified EverythingDiSC Trainer and received her Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Business from UCLA.
